利用規約
ささっとライブ（SasaLive）・制定日 2026 年 10 月 3 日・改定日 2026 年 10 月 14 日
この規約は、NoxelLab（以下「運営者」）が提供する配信アプリ「ささっとライブ」（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件です。本サービスを利用する方（以下「利用者」）は、この規約に同意したうえでご利用ください。
1. 本サービスの内容
本サービスは、ブラウザで映像と音声を合成して配信し、配信ごとに発行する URL で視聴できるようにするサービスです。運営者は、本サービスの内容を変更し、または提供を中断・終了することがあります。
2. 禁止事項
利用者は、次のことをしてはいけません。
- 法令または公序良俗に反する配信
- 他人の著作権・肖像権・プライバシーその他の権利を侵害する配信
- わいせつな内容、暴力的・差別的な内容の配信
- 他人になりすますこと
- 本サービスやサーバに過度な負荷をかけること、不正にアクセスすること、運営を妨げること
- 他人の視聴 URL を推測して探すなど、本サービスの仕組みを悪用すること
- その他、運営者が不適切と判断すること
3. 配信の内容
配信する映像・音声・文字の内容は、配信する利用者の責任です。運営者は配信の内容を確認せず、保存もしません。この規約に反する配信を知ったときは、その配信を止め、または本サービスの利用を制限することがあります。
4. 保証の否認と責任の制限
本サービスは現状のまま提供し、特定の目的に合うこと、継続して利用できること、不具合がないことを保証しません。運営者は、本サービスの利用によって利用者に生じた損害について、運営者の故意または重大な過失による場合を除き、責任を負いません。ただし、消費者契約法その他の法令により運営者が責任を負う場合、運営者の過失（重大な過失を除きます）による損害の賠償は、利用者に現実に生じた直接かつ通常の損害に限ります。
5. YouTube 配信
YouTube 配信は、利用者が入力した YouTube のストリームキーで、利用者の YouTube チャンネルへ配信を送ります。この機能を使う利用者は、YouTube 利用規約 に同意したものとします。YouTube に送った配信の公開範囲や保存などは、YouTube の規約と利用者の YouTube の設定に従います。
6. 規約の変更
運営者は、民法第 548 条の 4 の定めに従い、この規約を変えることがあります。変えるときは、変更後の内容と効力が生じる日を、その日より前にこのページで知らせます。効力が生じた後に本サービスを利用した場合は、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。
7. 準拠法
この規約は日本法に従って解釈します。

These terms are the conditions for using the streaming app SasaLive (the "Service") provided by NoxelLab ("we"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
The Service combines video and audio in your browser, streams them, and makes each stream viewable at a URL issued for it. We may change the Service, or suspend or end it.
2. Prohibited conduct
- Streams that break the law or public order and morals
- Streams that infringe copyrights, portrait rights, privacy or other rights of others
- Obscene, violent or discriminatory streams
- Impersonating others
- Placing excessive load on the Service or its servers, unauthorized access, or interfering with its operation
- Abusing how the Service works, such as guessing other people's viewing URLs
- Anything else we consider inappropriate
3. Stream content
You are responsible for the video, audio and text you stream. We neither review nor store stream content. If we learn of a stream that breaks these terms, we may stop it or restrict your use of the Service.
4. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided as is, without any warranty that it fits a particular purpose, remains available, or is free of defects. We are not liable for damages arising from your use of the Service, except where caused by our intent or gross negligence. Where we are nevertheless liable under the Consumer Contract Act of Japan or other laws, our liability for damages caused by our negligence (other than gross negligence) is limited to the direct and ordinary damages you actually incurred.
5. Sending streams to YouTube
Sending streams to YouTube sends your stream to your own YouTube channel with the stream key you enter. By using this feature, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. The visibility, storage and other handling of streams sent to YouTube follow YouTube's terms and your YouTube settings.
6. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms in accordance with Article 548-4 of the Civil Code of Japan. Before a change takes effect, we will post the changed terms and the date they take effect on this page. Using the Service after that date means you agree to the changed terms.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
